Additional Booking Information

To check-in, please come to our office in Holeckova 13, Prague 5 you will then be directed to your apartment.  Alternatively to arrange transport directly to your apartment we suggest our transfer service; The standard taxi fare from airport to the centre costs 700CZK, we provide our service for 650CZK or 30 EUR for a maximum of 4 people. With our service, one of our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a placard bearing your name; he will also assist you with your luggage and transport you straight to the apartment. If you chose to take advantage of this service, please inform us of your flight number and arrival time.  Please contact us at booking@prague-hotel.co.uk   We require a damage deposit upon arrival for possible damage or loss of keys. Check-in is from 3pm. earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon previous request and depends on occupancy. We can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office for free. Arrivals after 9 pm are considered as late arrivals and a fee of 15 Euro is applicable. This fee is not charged if clients take advantage of our transfer service. Payment due on arrival can be made in cash with Czech Crowns and Euros. We also accept AMEX, VISA and ECMC credit cards
