This huge (155m2) apartment consists of 3 spacious rooms. The biggest room serves as a livingroom and 1st bedroom, two other rooms are bedrooms only, each room has own entrance from the hallway so it offers quite enough privacy, no walk-through rooms. All rooms offer breathtaking view of Vltava river. And of course, you will get fully equiped kitchen and private bathroom with a bathtub. Up to 10 people can fit into this apartment. We have 4 of these apartments so groups are welcome.

To check-in, please come to our office in Holeckova 13, Prague 5 you will then be directed to your apartment. Alternatively to arrange transport directly to your apartment we suggest our transfer service; The standard taxi fare from airport to the centre costs 700CZK, we provide our service for 650CZK or 30 EUR for a maximum of 4 people. With our service, one of our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a placard bearing your name; he will also assist you with your luggage and transport you straight to the apartment. If you chose to take advantage of this service, please inform us of your flight number and arrival time. Please contact us at booking@prague-hotel.co.uk We require a damage deposit upon arrival for possible damage or loss of keys. Check-in is from 3pm. earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon previous request and depends on occupancy. We can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office for free. Arrivals after 9 pm are considered as late arrivals and a fee of 15 Euro is applicable. This fee is not charged if clients take advantage of our transfer service. Payment due on arrival can be made in cash with Czech Crowns and Euros. We also accept AMEX, VISA and ECMC credit cards. CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays. We highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day. In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge

Bookings for 1 month and more
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge

Please notice, during our top season (New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs
