| THE BALANCE DUE is paid at Hotel Reception on arrival. WE ALSO REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE RENTED APARTMENT OR FOR LOSS OF KEYS TO THE APARTMENT. Arrivals We can also offer you transportation from the airport which costs only 650 CZK or 400 CZK from any train station (1 car up to 4 people; 1300 CZK and 800 CZK for 5 - 8 people). This price is one way price and is not included in the above quoted rate and has to be paid in cash separately to the driver after arriving to the destination. The driver would be waiting for you at the arrival hall 30 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your plane with a sign in your name and he would take you directly to the hotel. If you will be arriving by train, please wait for the driver on the platform (do not go anywhere) and the driver will find you. While this service is one of the cheapest it is also the safest because you cannot get ripped of by a taxi driver which is very common for Czech taxi drivers. If you decide for this option, we will need to know the time and number of your flight. Please email booking@prague-hotel.co.uk to arrange transfers. Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is empty on the previous night. Arrivals after 9 p.m. without the use of our transportation are considered as late arrival and extra 15 EUR charge is applicable - special conditions apply. Please contact our office for detailed information. Check-out is no later then 11 a.m. if you need to stay longer we can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office. Payment is in Czech Crowns and Euros. We also accept VISA and ECMC credit cards, for AMEX card we charge additional 4% to cover bank fees connected with the transaction. As a special discount program we will grant 5% discount on all payments done in cash in Czech crowns. This discount is available upon payment for Old Town Apartments' accommodation facility from the price quoted in CZK on the invoice. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY: We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day. In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit. Bookings for 1-3 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge Bookings for 4-7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights) Bookings for more than 7 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge Bookings for 1 month and more Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge No show or cancellation 5 - 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs. |
